Antonio was born and raised in Mexico City and acquired his operating experience when he led the Chili’s expansion into Mexico in the 1990’s.
Antonio brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to Chilorio's. Antonio owns several restaurants in Mexico, including two seafood restaurants, a crepe restaurant, and a high-end cuisine restaurant. Antonio is also a master chef in a Mexican culinary institute where he teaches several courses to aspiring chefs.

Diego Cortes
President & CEO
Diego Cortes is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chilorio's. As CEO, Diego is responsible for charting the company’s strategic direction, overseeing general operations, and managing the executive team.
Diego was born in Monterrey, Mexico and acquired his operating experience as the CEO of several Mexican companies, Diego oversaw the companies' operations, marketing, and financing.
Diego holds an MBA from The Wharton Business School.
