Fundraising Program


 

You can easily raise funds for your local non-profit organization with Chilorio’s.

 

We make it easy and fun; all you have to do is invite your relatives, colleagues and friends to have the best time and eat authentic healthy Mexican food at Chilorio’s.

Details of the program

With our Fundraiser Program you can say goodbye to selling cookies or candy- actually selling anything. Just invite family and friends to eat the freshest and healthiest Mexican Food around, everybody will love it, and your local non-profit organization will get the rewards.

 

How much does my organization gets?

That is totally up to you and your organization, the more people you hand out flyers to that come to Chilorio's and use them, the more you will get in return. It’s easy to do the math, 20% of all sales (pre-tax) brought in by your organization will be donated directly to your organization!

 

How does it work?

There is nothing to sell; you just need to  distribute flyers and invite people to Chilorio's. Chilorio’s will donate 20% of all the pre-tax sales generated by your organization the same day as the event. The flyers will identify your guests as members of your Fundraiser event. No complications! We made it easy for you.

 

As easy as this…


1.    Decide on the fundraising date and hour and check with the manager if it’s available.

            NOTE: Give us 5 weeks of notice of your event, this will give you plenty

            of time to distribute your flyers and we can coordinate your event.

 

2.    Fill and give the Fundraiser Form to the Manager.           

       

            NOTE: Click HERE to download the Fundraiser form or you can always pick

            one at our restaurants.

 

3.    Create your own custom Flyer with the event’s information.           

 

            NOTE: Download a FLYER template so that we can help you create it.

4.    Hand out flyers to as many people as possible in the weeks before your scheduled event and let them know that they MUST bring the flyers to the restaurant to receive credit for the fundraiser.            

 

            NOTE: Flyers may not be distributed in or outside Chilorio’s before or

            during your event.

 

5.    You are set to go, now is time to relax and enjoy your event at Chilorio’s. We will take good care of your guests.

 

6.    Your organization will earn 20% (pre-tax) from each sale when a flyer is submitted to the cashier. You will then receive your fundraiser check within 4–6 weeks after your event.


            NOTE: Your fundraiser event is considered “scheduled” after you receive

            electronic or written confirmation from the manager.

When can we hold our event?

Fundraisers can be coordinated for almost any time and day you would like.  Simply contact a manager to set up the specifics for your fundraiser or fundraising event.

 

            NOTE: Make sure you get confirmation of your event with the manager before you distribute your flyers.

Can you help me to make my event more successful?

Of course! Simply follow these tips and you will have an amazing event.

1.    Complete your promotional flyer by clicking HERE weeks in advance of your event; just make sure that your event is scheduled with the manager before you print and distribute them.

2.    Announce the event and attach a downloadable Fundraiser Flyer on your Organization’s website.

3.    Insert the flyer in a weekly newsletter.

4.    Send the flyer via e-mail to your office, family and friends.

5.    Contact your local or school newspaper. They will most likely help you since you are doing a non-profit event.

6.    Hand out flyers during large events.

7.    Announce your event over the P.A. system at work reminding them to pick up their flyer.

8.    Promote your event on school/college/gyms or other bulletins that you might have access to.
