Antonio Marquez

Executive Chef and VP Menu Development


Antonio was born and raised in Mexico City and acquired his operating experience when he led the Chili’s expansion into Mexico in the 1990’s.

 

Antonio brings to Chilorio’s more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Antonio owns several restaurants in Mexico, including 2 seafood restaurants, 1 crepe restaurant, and 1 high cuisine restaurant.

 

Antonio is also a master chef in a Mexican culinary institute where he teaches several courses to other Chefs.
